YE’S apartments migrate to Linxdatacenter’s cloud

The international chain of aparthotels YE’S rented an internet channel and IaaS virtual resources from Linxdatacenter, the provider of IT solutions for business. These resources will enable the customer to provide state-of-the-art digital services to the clients of the hotel chain.

The chain of aparthotels YE’S is the largest on the market and has been developing since 2011. Currently the chain offers more than 4,570 apartments. Its six complexes are located in Russia and Kazakhstan: three in Moscow, two in Saint Petersburg and one in Astana. Franchising contracts for the launch of three more aparthotels in Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod have been signed. The number of units is planned to exceed 7,500 by 2026.

The key sales channel is the website of the YE’S chain, providing up-to-date information to tenants about availability of vacant apartment for short-term (from one day to one month) and long-term (from one month to one year) booking. Linxdatacenter assisted the Petersburg branch of the YE’S chain with improving the performance of the corporate website which periodically failed to keep up with the visitors’ traffic.

In the future YE’S plans to set up personal accounts of apartment owners on its website, so that the owners would have access to information about their properties and financial flows. This requires stable, fault-tolerant performance of the website infrastructure.
