The chain of aparthotels YE’S is the largest on the market and has been developing since 2011. Currently the chain offers more than 4,570 apartments. Its six complexes are located in Russia and Kazakhstan: three in Moscow, two in Saint Petersburg and one in Astana. Franchising contracts for the launch of three more aparthotels in Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod have been signed. The number of units is planned to exceed 7,500 by 2026.

In the future YE’S plans to set up personal accounts of apartment owners on its website, so that the owners would have access to information about their properties and financial flows. This requires stable, fault-tolerant performance of the website infrastructure.
